US packets need complete recipient details (name, phone, state/city, street address, ZIP) and truthful declaration of name, quantity and value. Per-piece weight/size limits and carriage scope for batteries, liquids and other sensitive items follow our latest rate sheet — confirm with an advisor before ordering.
Provide the recipient’s name, a reachable phone number, postcode and a detailed street address (with house number, floor/company). Avoid listing only a PO BOX, which may affect last-mile delivery and signature. For address changes, contact support before the goods leave the warehouse.
Small-packet lines already cover the US, UK, Germany, France, Italy and other major Western markets, plus own-line destinations such as Bangladesh and South Africa. For other countries, transit times and prices, contact an advisor to confirm by destination.
UK/EU packets require truthful declaration of name, material, quantity and value, with sound outer cartons and clear labels. Batteries, liquids, powders, cosmetics and other sensitive items need advance confirmation and documents. Weight/size limits vary by country — our latest line requirements prevail.
