Start a delivery with documents ready

Book door pickup

Free door pickup in Shanghai, Zhangjiagang, Changzhou, Wujiang, Jiaxing, Shaoxing, Ningbo, Guangzhou and parts of Hangzhou; notify before 17:00 the same day.

01. Provide documents

Product name, HS code, weight, pieces, sender/receiver info, invoice and packing list; BIN confirmed for Bangladesh.

02. Create waybill

Order via your existing website account to generate the pre-alert and waybill number.

03. Pickup & check-in

Book a pickup or send to our warehouse; weight confirmed at check-in.

04. Transit & delivery

Export declaration, air transit, import clearance, overseas delivery and signature.

Pickup time is not the line cut-off time — confirm early for urgent shipments.

Receiving: Mon-Sat 8:30-18:00, closed Sunday. Confirm warehouse arrangements with your advisor before shipping.

Find answers fast

Use cartons or pallets for general cargo; fragile goods need cushioning and fragile labels. Size/weight limits per channel — poor packing may affect transit and claims.
Batteries, powders, liquids and other sensitive goods are outside standard channels and need separate evaluation; provide cargo details early for confirmation.
DDP includes destination duties and clearance fees — no extra payment by the receiver; DDU does not — the receiver bears them. Inclusion follows the chosen service and quote.
The BIN is Bangladesh’s VAT registration number, usually required for commercial shipments. Without one, confirm alternatives with our team first.
For damage or loss, contact your dedicated agent ASAP after signing with the waybill number and photos; we assist with claims per channel rules.
